So my gf did a drive thru order & everything was cool except they didn’t give her the correct condiments & left a used glove inside our bag!!!!!!!
Got two roastbeef sandwiches for 7 bucks which was the best value available. Tried the mac and cheese bits. They were incredibly underwhelming no flavor I will NOT be ordering those again and I do NOT recommend them especially seeing as they are 1.25$ EACH its 5 bucks for 4 bites absolutely ridiculous I would opt instead for the mozzarella sticks they are beer battered and served with marinara sauce also a bit pricey but worth it.Buddy that ate with me ordered a double beef and cheddar meal which was 12$-14$!!! Insane prices for fast food unfortunately when our number was called and I brought the food to the table we realized the massive beef and cheddar which was by far the largest and most expensive item...wasnt there so I had to go back to the register and ask for it which was lame. Lastly the soda machine was incredibly loud we sat across the restaurant from it and it still several times interrupted conversation.

Was excited to order a premium BBQ sandwich as pictured in the menu. Upon opening the box the little meat that was on the bun was less than the onions and pieces of the meat not covered by the bun were so hard I wouldn't feed it to my animals. I asked the cashier if it was always this bad for the 13$ combo and said it was normal. He did offer to replace it but after him saying it was normal for it look that bad I turned down his offer. Extremely disappointed in the training and food quality at Arby's.100% not worth the money. I want the old Arby's back where you got heeps of fresh meat in every bite. That made the price worth it.

Very disappointing! I remember a time when you went to Arby's and the bin was fresh and the Roast Beef was moist and juicy. Didn't matter if you were in Grand Junction, Co. or Lebanon, Ohio. I was at this location a couple of weeks ago and the Beef was dry and tasteless, I was hoping it was just a bad day. However, I gave them another chance today and I got they same results. I took a couple of bites and tossed the rest and went elsewhere. Does Arby's management know the difference between dry and tasteless anymore? Does anyone remember how great it used to be.....

I asked for the beef on the roast beef sandwich to be extra hot. It was GROSS, COLD. The cashier specifically went back and asked the woman to make it extra hot. The woman did nothing to heat it up. She said "it's as hot as I can make it. That's the garbage product and indifferent service that about $11 buys at Arby's these days.
