This is the 3rd time I have tried ordering a drive up to go order. Every time it is the same guy working the phones and to go orders and every single time myself and anyone else picking up just gets completely ignored. They are focused ONLY on answering the phone and wont even acknowledge you standing at the counter. Three tries over the last few months, and they messed up my take out order every time. Wrong sauce, missing items, total screw up. The last time I checked everything before I walked out the door and was able to get it fixed before I left. If you order take out, CHECK EVERYTHING BEFORE YOU LEAVE.
