We usually love Cold Stone, and find this location and the entire staff helpful and friendly. I have been ordering via delivery for the past month, or so; weird cravings following a long time of not eating having Covid. We were disappointed with our most recent order.First, I want to thank the very nice lady I spoke with on the phone before placing the order. Great dessert and solid content.... however, it would be nice if area had some benches to consume the food as well. Maybe my concern is More so pointed at this general shopping center, but I was running errands and stopped for ice cream and couldn't find a place to sit down at all and it ended up spilling. Just kind of ridiculous there is no seating.

The person that was serving us was very kind. I asked for a rocky road but he didn't have any. But he made some for me in less than 5 minutes. It is a great treat on a 115 degree day.
