What a difference from the location down the road. They actually are polite and go the extra mile here. Please reach out to the store owner at the Windmill/Eastern location and see if your employees can train them properly. Food was hot, fresh and fast. Everything you expect from a fast food restaurant.
This is our closest Jack in the Box. We have never been disappointed.Food is fast and fresh.Breakfast is actually pretty good and the have a large variety of items.Got served my tacos for the first time even not in a paper bag which was a nice touch.They need to keep up on the freestyle machine, seems like options are not available that were just a few days ago. Usually not that bad but we placed an order online for pick up and half of it was our order, half of it was someone else’s order. Didn’t realize it until we got all the way home. Kids are hungry and now we have to wait longer. Just wish someone would have paid attention so we aren’t having to wait for my husband to go there and come back for the second time tonight. Otherwise we usually don’t have any problems here at this location
