I ordered a chocolate fudge cake with white frosting and with a Bavarian crème filling inside. The cake (pictured) was impeccably decorated with roses and trim, it was 4 layers and it was stunning and delicious. This bake shop is completely off the beaten path, in Henderson, a long way from the "Strip." My daughter recommended it I tried it with my friends. It was a pleasant surprise! The owners of the shop are from Denmark and they make European style pastries. We only had some of the simple american pastries, like bear claws and they were delicious. Chef Flemmings is absolutely the most amazing and best bakery in the Las Vegas Valley. We have been buying pastries, cakes, pies and almost everything else they have. We have never had such delicious food. Chef is a real sweetheart and deserves all of the accolades he receives.
