When I made a reservation yesterday for today, I shared for myself & a friend from our BSNUNLV 1990's days, my friend is flying in from Cali. for her friend's funeral, & can we please have view table private as possible as possible crying, hugs, & keeping the table long. Was told cannot guarantee view & may still have to wait, I understood. I got stuck in traffic over an hour coming from the NW. My friend was seated in the lower balcony far South corner, perfect. The food, (the shrimp enchilada dinner, ensalada suprema) table side fresh guacamole, very attentive service, all staff, the view, frozen Margherita drinks. Staff pulled shade down when sun got strong. Perfect dinner for us both.Parking: Later 7:30 parkings i full, waiting for others to leave.

I have had better Mexican food in my life but not by much. It is a solid fare with a wide selection, but it is generally not spicy. Good portions (really great rice) and reasonable prices, especially their lunch specials. Atmosphere is very good except that it gets very noisy to the point where I cannot have a conversation with my wife unless we both raise our voices. Not sure what can be done about that since it is a large open area venue. Regardless, food is very good and the service is excellent. The big seller here is the view. If you can get a window seat it's a breathtaking view of the entire valley. Hey, I can even see my house from here!

The menu here is very different from what I am used to in a Mexican restaurant. Items were not familiar to me. However we tried 1 each and were pleasantly surprised. They were very good. The view is fantastic and so was the service.

We had no service after almost 15 minutes of sitting at the bar as only option at the time. We then requested a table when available. We did get service pretty quickly when we were seated in a booth. We were then served cold soup and cold entrees. We had a few servers apologize, but never offered an other entree, hot fresh entrees, just sorry.To make matters worse, the following day I noticed that I was charged twice for our meal. I called Lindo and spoke to Julio, the Manager, and shouldn’t be in Management. He said I’d have to go in there and get cash, they don’t refund the card. He never apologized for the inconvenience until I made it relevant that he hadn’t done so. He said when I went in to get the money Lindo owed me, he’d take care of my next meal- I was there getting my refund, so decided to take him up on his offer at that time, I didn’t want to go back there another time. Julio did not “ take care of my meal” but was kind enough to give a 10% discount- unreal- a bad review for a meal that cost the restaurant MAYBE $10 bucks, and that’s a stretch. My friends, family and I will never go back there. There are so many great Mexican restaurants in town- flaming Juan’s to mention one! Great, friendly service, fresh, hot food and they make you feel special, not like an inconvenience, and they have never made an error when taking my payment:

If was not for the food would be 1 star. Had to wave numerous servers and bus boys to assist. That did not grab their attention so had to walk to their gathering station where a manager and employees were just laughing and conversing. Spent over $120 for 4 people and with that service and food might as well hit up Roberto'

valentines day night, super crowded and way too loud... we had 6 people and no reservation but snuck inat 5:30 before there was a wait... by the time we left it was craaazy... it's a huge restaurant with a great view (also from the parking lot) looking towards south point...food, overall, was very good... the chips are served with tasty refried beans and a too hot for me red salsa... we asked for and got some pico de gallo, which I preferred to both...I had combo 5, chicken taco, cheese enchilada & green pork & guacamole burrito... pretty good for vegas... mom loved her carnitas... we also had the steak ranchero which was cooked perfectly... wife had carne asada, and dad the bacon wrapped shrimp... everyone was happy with the food and the service... price wasn't bad for what it was...parking lot was full and tough to get in and out of - I parked on the street and will again next time...Parking: easier to park on carnegie...

Made a reservation and still waited for 40 minutes. Went up to desk to check on table multiple times and said it still wasn’t ready. Then came to find out they added us to list of non reservation people and let multiple back to tables before us. Horrible organization and service
