Every time there's an issue at Papa John's between this location and one on Valle Verde. They either put the wrong sauce with breadsticks, the pizzas are thin, barely any crust, overcooked, etc. I ordered pickup earlier this week at Horizon location and I don't know who they have cooking, but my breadsticks half sized (some looked like witch fingers) and half of them were hard like a pretzel. Maybe it's time to just stick with Dominoes.

Came back the next day to pay and they said they had already wrote it off. I made sure I paid after that no matter how hectic it is.
