Rubio's is actually tasty, they have vegan options & great service. Nice intimate ambiance that's not over crowded.

I really love that anytime you let them know something on your order was incorrect, they do their best to make up for it! Came in last week and I already know I have a complicated order and the girl who took my order was new, but there were quite a few mistakes made and I was pretty upset by the time I got home. Called the store and let the manager know and she instantly fixed it and offered me a free meal. Went in today and there were only two people working, but the girl up front was very sweet and made sure to get everything in my order correct and they got it out in a timely manner. I definitely had a better experience tonight! Thank you to the manager from last week and the two employees working today!

Worst 31 dollars spent.never been there.they don't know menu.bought 16oz coke they charge for chips. when table menu said free with soda.didnt see soda fountain machine tell sat down.sticky table to asked about chips said I couldn't get.these place is a 0 ratting!!! Ops I don't cry much never again.
