My son wanted Taco Bell so we made a late food run, around 10ish pm. The line was 10 cars deep. The Gentlemen working at the driver thru was so understaffed. He apologized for the wait. He was so nice and helpful considering how incredibly short hand he was. I believe his name was Deacon. He deserves a raise! I'm giving 5 stars because of Deacon

Update: I love this location and will not remove stars because of small issues or just 1 visit (so far) with a large issue, but want to bring it up so it can be fixed. We got A LOT of food yesterday per usua. 3 of the items were the cravings box meals. Nothing was in a box. Everything was in one heavy large big bag. I know it's taco bell, which is fast food, so what can you really expect? However, between the terrible service person who gave us a lot of attitude and us missing at least 3 items in our order (which were simply dumped into a bag and unlabeled, making it difficult to find which items had special instructions). I don't expect perfection from fast food, but I do expect to get what I paid for.
