I like this location at the Village Walk. The inside of the shop is always well-kept. They offer outside seating which is great because the mall normally has some kind of event going on. If there isn't any, the area is joyfully and upbeat. I'll even venture to say it can be even romantic in the evening. Their staff are courteous and know their products. I do prefer CBTL over the other trendy coffee places because of the quality and flavors.

Horrible customer service today. I had ordered two large ice blended drinks at the counter. By the time I got my drinks at the counter they gave me a small and I explained the to the worker this is not what I had ordered. She gave me some attitude and said "well we only charged you for a regular so you have to get back in line and pay" like bish you guys are the ones who put my order in wrong. And on top of that learn how to read peoples orders because I asked for no whip on my drinks, people have allergies and don't have time to wait in line again for a mistake you guys made. 0 stars if I could.

I feel totally scammed by this company. A dear friend gave me a $50 gift card. However, it can NOT be used online, so I couldn't buy the Mexican Dark Roast K Cups I wanted. I had to drive, yes environmentally wasteful, to this store, and buy coffee powder which is delicious but carries a cancer warning on the CB&TL website. If it causes cancer, why offer it at all?

1.12.24 2-215pm on a Friday and your told the APP is down things happen but when you have a barista who is a little short because she is complaining the line is backing up again and while your waiting for your coffees you have to hear her complain to her peers that I need to go. I need to go home. Maybe she needs to find another job. I'm paying over $20 for two Lattes I don't need to hear the complaining. Be happy to have a job. I noticed someone else just complained to management about her I guess I'm not the only one who picked up on her customer service. Should have been 4 stars but some people there shouldn't work in a customer service job.

first time in, i got a Vanilla latte, it is so good. it did cost me $7.xx But worth it. simple. the gentle man helping was very kind, as i mentioned it was my first time in and I was looking for a bit of change (in a good way). place was clean, busy, but not super loud. the gentleman showed me the sizes the carried. over all experience it was great. i would return again. i did get oat milk in my drink, and was advised there would be alittle dairy in my drink which i said that was fine. thank you staff for a wonderful experience.

Been coming here for close to a year. Great service,options and location. Store is always clean and filled with cool locals to chat with. Definitely a fan. Look forward to coming here a few times a week. Wish there was more locations in the area.

Got a Chai Latte, tasted more like spiced water. Basically, there was no flavor and it fasted mostly like water. Had to add a chai tea bag I had at home Service is great tho, and the shop itself was clean. But when all you came for was your drink, your review is gonna be biased towards the drink.

The Coffee Bean app wasn't working. When I tried to order online I couldn't order an extra large ice blend. The staff was giving an attitude while telling me the app is a third-party app and they had no control over it. Number 1 don't give me attudes and excuses 2 fix the problem or lose a customer or more than one customer.
