Been here 4 or 5 times order has been wrong 3 times and the 1 time I got charged for something I didn’t order. Service is extremely slow inside and drive thru orders are fast but have been wrong every time. Service sucks. Never go here go down sunset a couple more lights to the next one.
Im telling yall please do not go to this wendys every single time i place an online order with them they 100% never get it right the absolute last straw with these people is when i called and asked to speak to a manger the man on the phone gone tell me she dosent speak english they gave me old food that had been sitting out im over it they just need to shut this wendys down these people up here make me never wanna eat wendys again its not hard to put food in a bag

The food here is always cold or reheated never cooked fresh. The fries are alway burnt and cold. My autistic son likes the nuggets and fry combo but it’s alway cold burnt food so the money is always wasted.
