Came here quite a few years ago but the sandwich stuck in my mind. Once that happens I get a craving and I need to have that exact thing. I tend to duplicate recipes at home in that situation and seeing as how I don’t live in Vegas, but Turkey isn’t really my thing and sometimes it’s best to stick to the original source. I've heard many great things about Capriotti's in Las Vegas. To me, it was all hype. I got their American Wyagu Cheesesteak sandwich with no cheese. The thing looked anemic and the meat was flavorless. I request for the hot and sweet peppers to be put on the side. They put them in the sandwich. Which I feel like it over powered everything else in the sandwich. My friend got a small chicken cheesesteak and a small Italian. The hot Bobby is a level 100 slapper that you MUST try. This beast is A+ fantastic. The bread is fresh and lightly crispy at the ends. IT'S THE BEST SANDWICH I'VE EVER HAD!
