The breakfast is great, the food's fresh and hot during that time. The dinner service is bad because they will serve you cold and old food so beware.
Bad service forgot my order and when I asked for my money back several times the lady at the cash register ignored me. In the back they rushed to get my meal done (chicken wrap) and there was only a half of a chicke strip so again I asked for my money back...this lady ignored me. So I had to ask for a manager, and only then she gave me my money back.?

Go through drive thur today 2-5-24 at 445pm and order 2 of the special 2 for 5 burgers and asked for a ice water.. Get to the window and the girl say the total is 8.95.. so I ask what the deal was, and she said. Oh we charge 3.95 for ice water in a cup.... I told her I didn't want the ice water. She states.. It's OK, u can just have it..So I get to looking at the receipt and SEE SHE CHARGED ME .50 FOR MAYO ON EACH BURGER AS WELL. SO I GUESS MAYO ISNT FREE ON CHEESE BURGERS ANYMORE.. WOW...... SO I REQUESTED A REFUND ON DROVE OFF..WHAT SCAM ARTISTS THIS PLACE IS... 3.95 FOR A ICE WATER IN CUP AND.50 CENT FOR MAYO ON UR BURGERS... THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF... WATCH UR RECEIPTS LAS VEGAS.....

It has been a long time since I've been to this location. Unfortunately the shopping center it's in is almost empty , so it seems they don't get much business. I ordered on the app and went inside to pick up. My order was ready and the lady seemed nice. I got a Famous Star , Criss Cut Fries , and a Cherry Coke. It was typical Carl's Jr and was fresh. I prefer the Thickburger to the Famous Star , but the app special was a free Famous Star with a $1 purchase , so I couldn't pass up that deal. The dining room appeared clean and so was the parking lot.

Used the app to place an order and delivery canceled it. I was unable to go pick it up, hence the delivery, and the store would not cancel order so now I'm out $56 bucks and no food. This place is definitely not worth your time. The location is always dirty, the few times I've been, and the service is definitely sub par. Sad, you don't get this type of service from other locations.

I had to try the new Charbroiled green chile burger. It was delicious, and the fries were warm and fresh. The restaurant was clean. It was 3866 W. Sahara Ave Las Vegas. No Riff Raff, we actuall enjoyed eating at the restaurant.
