“This location is always clean and the food is fresh and on point. The customer service at this place is always great too, I recommend eating here and getting one of their hand breaded chicken sandwiches. It's the best out of all the fast food restaurants. Yummy!“

“Drove by here countless times and today was the first time I noticed this location. To our surprise, the drive thru service was efficient and friendly. “Coming back from sledding at Lee's Canyon we stopped & dined in. Staff super friendly & working quick. Drive through WAS busy but food was served timely & hot. My kids split a large shake & she split to 2 cups & I think they got a little extra whip cream. My 5 year old says "can we come back 100 times?" Lol They love the star nuggets & burgers are great. Quiet indoor dining with Christmas music (but not annoying).“
“Great food, served fresh and with Incredible speed. The service is also very good. I was able to order while the nice customer complimented me and right when I just sat down they brought me my food on the tray. I was being incredibly difficult and indecisive and the cashier was very patient with me and helping me through the menu.“

“My favorite Carls, used to eat at this location when I was a kid. Still have the same super star burger and the awesome fried zucchini no more salad bar though I think carls (and most places) got rid of that. But otherwise it’s like an old school Carl’s Jr, big dining room same menu clean restrooms and the food is always “charbroiled good”. Sorry but I’m partial to this place lol. Great location too. Away from the strip and the tourist crowd.“
“The female that was working drive thru was the first person I saw when I walked in & I wasn't greeted or told one second for the person taking my order. I saw the same drive thru worker move her hair behind her left ear with her left hand with a glove one. Once she started putting her customers food in the bag she never changed the glove from when she touched her hair. As I watched the lady that was making my burger she made it right on the counter & not on the wrapper & she put onions on it then realized it said no onions so she grabbed them & took them off. Now what if I was allergic to onions & couldn't even have any touching my food at all. For the first time of me visiting that location the store was dirty with things on the floor when I first walked in.“

“The burgers were good, although the waitresses were a little messy, but friendly. The atmosphere is very strange and somewhat "alternative". The self-service drink machines did not work or were turned off, and the bathroom was locked, I suppose for security because there were somewhat "strange" people there...The place needs renovation because it looks old.“
“I live very close to this location so I frequently visit. I enjoy their breakfast lunch and dinner options. The Santa Fe chicken sandwich is amazing. The burgers are chargrilled and delicious. The fries and sides are also very good.Service is "My Pleasure" Every time I speak with the drive thru attendant. They are accommodating and polite. Very nice experiences in the drive thru.The breakfast menu has an awesome breakfast burger. Comes with eggs, hash browns, ketchup, beef patty and cheese. I don't hold back, so all that piled on the burger is definitely fast food elegance. The steak breakfast burrito is my other go to option. The slices of steak taste tender, flavorful and they mix a salsa that has a bite. Not some processed, soupy tasting liquid red stuff... LolThe bathroom is always clean and does not need a code or key. If you're in a hurry, come thru the front door and make a quick left and they are ready.Located next to a Dunkin Donuts and auto replace place. “The prices are high, if you don't have a coupon or their App. Food was average, but I really like their western bacon cheeseburger. The BBQ sauce is good.I would eat there more, but somehow Carl's food doesn't agree with my wife's stomach at all, and again, the price.“
“Great food as always! My mom lives on this side of town and we decided to stop for food. We went inside to eat and were helped quickly and with kindness. Sat down to eat and the tables all looked clean. It's in a sort of bare shopping center so it isnt too busy.“

“I've always had a soft spot for Carl's Jr., and their recent free WBC day campaign was marketing genius.For an international franchised fast food burger restaurant, this one tops the list, hands down. This particular one had a great staff that were all courteous and friendly and helpful. The manager helped us out with a problem we had with the Carl's app on my wife's phone. Honestly, they just went above and beyond to help the customers. Another customer (after us in line) was a regular, and as soon as he walked in, someone asked if it was his regular order and he said it was and they just got to work on it. For a fast food restaurant to treat their regulars like that is also just really great.The only reason I marked them down at all is that the restroom cleanliness could have been a little better.“
