I can't say enough about Chile Verde! Carlos is amazing, the food is ALWAYS fantastic and he's busy for a reason. Love the enchiladas, crispy tacos, and rice. Will forever go here. It is sooooo good.
The lady denyl below me is a liar I was there during her visit and she was extremely rude and impatient rushing the cook and she’s just one of those ladies that act super rude and then play victim when you respond the same way and it’s literally a single guy working hard by himself taking multiple orders doing such a great job. Best place for chicken or beef (fried) tacos and their Super Nachos in Vegas. No other restaurant can compete. This guy has been basically running the show by himself for multiple years and what he makes is still top quality. Just be prepared to wait for your food, as I've said, it's a one-man operation and there is usually a line :)
