Classy service with multiple waiters attending to our needs and giving us the utmost care and respect. Well designed restaurant with a great atmosphere.I had the Australian Wagyu, Lamb Chops, and for sides the Asian Cauliflower, and Mac and Cheese.Perfectly seared and cooked to the perfect temperature I asked for was the steak, the chops put me back in the Middle East and the sides were amazing. Indulged in an exquisite Valentine's Day dinner at CUT. The food was beyond amazing, showcasing the chef's culinary expertise. However, the overall experience was tempered by mediocre service. While the ambiance was perfect, improved service would have elevated this to a solid five-star dining experience. Nonetheless, the delectable dishes made it a memorable evening.

After experiencing this restaurant now I know why it’s one of the most award-winning restaurants in America. The bone in tomahawk steak was outstanding, and the seafood platter delivers. The wine list is exceptional. Enjoy!!
