The employee Alyssa took my order at the drive thru .. asked me to repeat myself 4 times to the point I was screaming in the mic . Then I pull up to the window and she opens is to just stare at me and looked confused . She was so high or something she could barely speak my order and when she read it back it was wrong . I had to repeat it back to her multiple times. Once she finally understood it . It took 22 min at the window for them to hand me 3 hash browns and 1 egg sandwich!...read full review

Staff here are unfriendly and not helpful with the exception of the young girl who is always on food. She is extremely pleasant. I hate that this is the location closet to us because it makes you choose other coffee places instead so you can have have a nice encounter.

Love the ease of ordering with the app, seasonal varieties, and good prices. They’re changing flavors keep me coming back.Service is usually pretty quick and coffee/treats are always tasty. Workers don’t conversation much but they get your order out efficiently.I only ever go to the drive thru so I can’t speak for ambiance.
