Good tapas but not amazing. No wow factor but it was not disappointing either. Service was good and attentive. Good about refilling water and waiter was friendly. Only thing was I wish my main dish was served hot and not like it’s been sitting waiting to be served. And my dessert was weird where it was not cold for a granita and thepopcorn mousse was ambient temp and texture was too dense.Parking: Crowded plaza but be patient and you will get a parking spot

We shared tapas and wine here a year ago and had an enjoyable evening. Last night we returned for a birthday celebration and had the tasting menu. All the courses were delicious and beautifully plated. They even added a few couses not listed on the menu. Especially memorable were the Wagyu pastrami tarte flambe and the dessert of foie gras, hazelnut gelato, and roasted pineapple ribbons. It was a perfect meal. EDO is our favorite restaurant when visiting Las Vegas.

This was a top 10 meal in my life. We did the chef’s tasting and each was outstanding. Faves were the scallops, octopus, and panna cotta. The bread was also top notch. Service excellent!

Our Server Paulo is very knowledgeable and passionate about the food, service, and our experience. I love the small dining room and the mural on the wall. Every dish was amazing and memorable. My guest tried dishes they never would have tried based on the quality of the food they did order. The Chocolate ganache converted a guest of mine to love chocolate; smooth and silky. I brought business guest to dinner; I will return as a local favorite. Job well done to the entire staff. I love EDO Tapas.

We enjoyed a delicious meal at Edo Gastro. The food was fantastic across the board and brought back memories of my favorite tapas bars in Spain. The dishes were elevated takes on classic tapas dishes. The selection was vast and there are many vegetarian options which was crucial for our group. Service was superb and drinks were delicious as well. Would recommend if you're in Vegas!

Magnificent, courteous and attentive service. Authentic spaniard tapas, fresh, full of flavor and scrumptious. Reservations a most since the place is rather small but cozy. I had a great experience and feel invited to go back.
This might be a nice restaurant, but I don't recommend reserving it online. Below are the two problems we encountered:(a) We reserved a seat and drove there, but was told that the reservation are only catered by its "children restaurant", which is located far away;(b) we drover the children restaurant", which is a well decorated place, but with (1) surprisingly noisy environment, (2) very limited choices on menu, (3) and mediocre food quality hardly matching the prices.

This is an intimate dining experience with some of the best Spanish cuisine in Las Vegas. It can and does rival any restaurants on The Strip, and does so without The Strip pricing. This was my 3rd time dining here, and we always get the tasting menu. Every time it is a revelation. We get items I wouldn't typically order, and love them. The service/wine/cocktails are all exceptional too. Love this place!

Any future plans to visit vegas will certainly include a reservation to Edo from now on.We felt so special and pampered here:) it was our anniversary and they gave us champagne to celebrate and special dessert. Every course was amazing, (we had the tasting menu) highly recommend jammon add on. We felt very full by the end and I mean properly stuffed like after thanksgiving dinner.The food was special too, I dont think i could get it anywhere else.

Ben our server was just absolutely amazing and so accommodating!! He's so great! Ask for Pablo as well if Ben isn't there. Definitely do the tasting menu! Definitely the way to go. Lots of food but so delicious! If it comes out to quickly, ask to space it out! The dessert and wine pairing was also so good! It's off the strip and actually in a strip mall so don't let the lack of curb appeal turn you away. The service and food were both great! The restaurant was small and nothing too exciting inside but it was relaxed and everyone was super friendly. This meal could have easily been $500 on the strip but ended up being $223 for 2 people. It was worth it!!!
