I recently went to the location on 9555 S Eastern Ave Ste 130, Las Vegas, NV 89123 and when receiving my order they forgot to give me my bowl of soup. I reminded the employee that I ordered a soup with my order and he rechecked my receipt and then gave me my soup. I opened up the soup cup and it wasn't even a full cup of soup. $5 for a few spoon fulls of soup. I went back inside to receive another bowl of soup that was full. I have been ordering from this location for a while. As of lately it has gotten a billion times better. There is a new girl working there who really takes the time to get everything right! I don't know her name but she is great!

Should have turned around when we walked in and there were no other customers inside. Sandwiches weren't made correctly and the person taking the orders seemed confused when we didn't want things like tomato or lettuce on the sandwiches. They only come the way they are on the menu and no substitutions. Will never be going to this firehouse again.
