“I made an online pick up order for the "Bootlegger" sandwich which includes turkey, roast beef, lettuce, tomato and mayo. I added extra turkey, onion, sliced pickles, red pepper flakes and oregano.The sandwich was tasty, wasn't anything super special but was good enough to satisfy my taste buds and my hunger as I only ate half of it before becoming full. The pickle chips were really good. Overall I believe the price was fair.I cannot remember the last time I've even had Jimmy John's, but I certainly say they're worth another visit someday.“
“Update: I ended up going in when I got off work to explain the situation and Madeline assisted me. She was very kind and welcoming. She was a huge help and very understanding to my frustrations. Her calm nature and ability to remediate the situation has left me in admiration. Thanks to Madeline, I will be back. I am leaving my original review ONLY because corporate/ franchise needs to be aware of how their general manager Dawn is treating people and potentially losing customers. Thanks to Madeline and the other gentleman there for saving a customer!For the GM: Completely awful! I ordered for delivery and they brought the wrong chips AND forgot an item! I called and the general manager Dawn was extremely rude and condescending! She did not listen and spoke extremely fast without letting me get two words in. Her only remedy was to credit my jimmy johns account which is odd because I DONT HAVE ONE! I ordered online as a guest at checkout so I don’t know what she thinks she would credit! She refused to refund me for the missing/ wrong items or redeliver the correct items. If this is how Jimmy Johns does business then I won’t go to any location at all!“

We cater from them regularly (orders of 75 plus sandwiches) and they always make it on time and everything is always perfect! The manager is awesome and so are all the staff! “Love these sandwiches! Why? Well, Jimmy John's has the best bread of all the local sandwich chain choices. After multiple visits, I can always expect fresh lettuce, cucumbers, and other ingredients combined with friendly and fast service from these lunch artists. I get it to go but noticed the clean tables and workstations. There is no tip pressure and I drive a bit farther just to go here. Enjoy your next visit! Like me, by the time you're home from your meal pickup... your turkey or tuna regular size $9 sandwich may be gone too! Yum!“

He took SUCH great care of us! He was so cheery and happy, and he treated us like royalty. “All the workers that work at this Jimmy John's are truly tremendous. They actually care about what they are doing. They care about their jobs. They care about how well they make your sandwich and they care about the customer service and the cleanliness of the actual restaurant location. I highly recommend this Jersey Mike's location over many not saying that others are bad but this one especially is highly recommended by myself. There's been so many times that I have ordered from their delivery went into the actual location to order even when they had massive catering orders. They were accommodating to me and my family as well as many friends that I've brought to this location over and over again. It looks immaculate at all times. I am very impressed by that and the food is actually one of my favorite sub places over most. Let's put it that way. “I must say that I had one of the worst days of my life stuck at LAS Airport for over 16 hours. And I finally went to get food and saw Jimmy John's and it was the best service and totally amazing. I've about 40% of my adult life, even traveled the world. And the experience was amazing.. I give 15 points out of 10 available. If you go to Las Vegas Airport. YOU HAVE TO GO TO JIMMY JOHNS.......“
