My wife and I was in Vegas For a anniversary dinner and decided to eat at Joe's. Very poor choice. Our reservation went well. Our service was fine. Our salad and dessert was the best thing of our entire meal. Which sucks for my bill for 2 petite filet, a salad 2 ice tea's and bake potato. The tators were burnt, the steaks had to be the worst I have ever had. They must sear all their steaks for some stupid reason. My med. Well was like super well done, my wife had a med.cooked steak and it was burnt/ seared on the outside and raw on inside.The only reason we chose this place was reading good reviews.. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY AND EFFORT EATING HERE Especially if your having beef for sure don't have good cuts and don't know how to cook them properly. If this place was in Kansas city they would be out of business in a hurry!!!

I was excited to try this restaurant, I never had time during my other Vegas visits.I made a reservation and showed up, upon arrival I was greeted politely and then something changed... it was an odd experience. The salads that were brought out were considerably different even though my party of 3 all ordered the same salad. When questioned why my salad was watering all over the plate, the served was visibly annoyed. We had our salads and waited for over an hour for the stone crab claws we ordered at the beginning. I asked the server to check on our order as we had not received them... she assured us it would be out soon. 15 minutes later another server came and threw down small bowls and was again visibly annoyed.At this point I was done and asked to just get the check as I had no want to continue this experience.

This being the 3rd location of Joe’s Seafood I’ve sampled. The experience in Vegas is nearly identical to that of Chicago and not dissimilar to their original Miami vibe.More often than not I order their famous stone crab for my entree. No guarantees on freshness when it comes to crab but of our many Joe’s samplings, last night’s was superior.I suspect a whole bunch of people had to make a lotta effort to serve me ultra fresh stone crab in the NV desert last night. Incredible, highly highly impressedWe also enjoyed Joe’s grilled tomatoes (side) and some great cocktailsService is always over the top at Joe’s, it’s what they do but wanted to mention for any new comersStone crab is seasonal, you want to order it in months with an R. Unless you are in Miami you’re going to pay top dollar to get it fresh. It’s one of those things you want try try at least once. Gourmet in seafood circles. Joe’s in general serves the best….periodTY again Joe’s, you’ve earned your gr8ness long b4 I came along ??

My husband and I went for dinner & cancelled our reservation to sit at the bar, because we love the bar ambiance best. We met Mark, & he is the main reason we went back the next night, once again cancelling our reservation to sit at this bar. Our second experience may have exceeded our first, mainly due to Mark. We are excited for our next Vegas trip, because the food was amazing (TRY THE DOVER SOLE), & Mark was fantastic!

Joe's Srafood is located inside Ceasars Palace on the Las Vegas strip. Joe's Seafood is a premium restaurant with higher than average prices. For example, soup, steak, and asparagus cost me $112 before the tip. With that being said, the food and service were outstanding. The only drawback was that you had to pay extra for your side dishes.Parking: Good luck, we knew it was going to be hard or expensive, so we took an Uber.
This restaurant is a must-go for anyone visiting VEGAS! The food is always incredible, and the service is outstanding. We look forward to the eating here every time we visit. Highly recommend!

Food was delicious our waiter was on point The guy standing at the front podium was very friendly! Just had a little rude hospitality for no reason from the old guy in the back that takes the reservations I made two reservations for six people we ended up adding two more people by calling the restaurant.I got a confirmation email saying one of my parties of 6 is now a party of 8. The guy at the front sent me to some man in the back that is in charge of the reservations, I told him I had a reservation under Kristy Wilson and Kristy Soliz for 14 he said my reservation was 12 I told him that I changed it to eight that I called the restaurant .He laughed in my face and said let me tell you nobody called I told him yes we did! I have a confirmation and he’s told me again well you didn’t speak to anyone here because I don’t have that it didn’t change! It’s very frustrating as a customer with such a large party if 14 being treated like some sort of Liar. I pulled out the confirmation email that said my party changed to 14 and still says Welp it didn’t change on my end but I have your table. I didn’t receive a apology … Not sure about coming here again

Joes has always been great. However, my last experience was ruined by a self righteous server who insisted that I take my old fashioned as it was after I kindly requested a remake. Server was so furious that he left the table and did not return. I found the manager only to learn that the server had told him that I was rude, insert angry black man stereotypes, etc. That was enough for me.
