Visiting Vegas from Vancouver and found this place. The Tonkatsu ramen was great. Creamy broth and a lot of toppings. I was going to give this 4 stars, but the gyozas bumps it up to a 5 star. They're amazing! A must try! Can't wait for my next trip to Vegas!
I live in Hawaii and came to Las Vegas for work, and I really wanted to eat ramen, so after reading various reviews, I decided on Monta Ramen.Although the white rice was a little hard, I decided on the ramen and the gyoza were both very delicious.This is a store that I would like to come back to again.

Good little family run hole in the wall Ramen place. The food was good but not the best I have had. I added an egg, which came hard boiled than traditional soft and silky. Pork was very thin and minimal.The place is small and clean, 4 tables plus a 10-person bar area. Sorry to see they use the counter in front of the bar for to go cup storage.
