Great little spot with great food!! Came here with my friends all in town for a bachelor party and we're not disappointed. There were 11 of us and they were able to accommodate us nicely! Among the dishes shared were aguachiles (above average spicy), shrimp empanadas, and shrimp ceviche. All were so good! Micheladas were great and my Shrimp cocktail with octopus was loaded with great quality seafood! I'd definitely give it a try if you are thinking about it and reading my review.
We wanted to try something off the strip so we stopped here, it was friday night around 10pm. Wife and I both tried the ceviche de pescado it was delicious! We ordered the kids quesadilla for my our daughter. She gave it a thumbs up as well. Not to many places get their ceviche right, Mi Ranchito defintely does. The waitress and staff is very attentive to service.

Authentic Mexican food. Went for breakfast great red chilaquiles. Mendoza was good but no hominy which my wife likes but had homemade corn tortillas. All in all great service and great food.
