If you want super fresh fish, love Japanese food, and are ready to splurge a bit shigotonin is a great option in China town. You can truly taste and see the difference in what they have that merits the price point. If you are hoping for meat options they are pretty limited and very pricey. The wagyu ran 85 last time we went. We have gone twice so far. Parking can be challenging, so give yourself time to find a spot. I can't recommend this place enough. This place is the gem where I'd dine in when I visit Vegas. The fish was all fresh, and the service was superb. I enjoyed their thick and fresh sashimi flavorful chirashi and loved the taste of the rice that came with it. Buttery unni pasta was also delicious. My family enjoyed it here, and I’m glad I trusted my gut to bring them here.
