“This place is better than ours back home in Roseville, California. Everything didn't taste like fried donuts and the cashier was super duper and we got mints too. Plus they had live wild birds singing to the drive thru , it was perfect.“
“I just want to give a shout out to Jessica and Lee at this location. This is my spot to stop in the morning for my iced vanilla coffee. Warning, it is milky and sweet but that's exactly how I like it. However I'm writing this review for the service. Jessica is who I usually have at the drive-thru in the mornings and she is delightful. She is happy and I really appreciate her energy especially at 7 in the morning. Yesterday, I had Lee and he was fantastic! So friendly and a great vibe early in the morning. “Ordered food. Not so bad of a wait time. The young girl was very sweet. Something was wrong with my order so i went to go to the sitting area button to let them know. There were some bum people hanging about but, weren't bothering anyone. The older girl was very rude when answering me and being a bit of a smart alec. Said she would send their manager out to come check my order. I was ready with my defenses up but, was met with an understanding guy who redid the order for me. I won't mind coming here again. Even if you have to deal with the girl just know that the customer service skills the manager has to make things right will always win. “I'll admit, at night, this place takes *ages* to put out an order. Sometimes 30 minutes if I'm lucky, sometimes an hour, the record was 70 minutes. But I get off of work late, and Sonic is a guilty, so I'll quite literally wait it out. I'm sure that wouldn't fly for just about anybody else but I love Sonic.I considered leaving a review for a while, and I chose tonight because Jasmine was super sweet & delivered awesome customer service while helping get the food ready in about 4 - 5 minutes. So I was happy about that, and I can't fault them for being slow at other times because frankly it's a staffing issue. I won't put the burden on the employees when in reality it's the owners or managers who need to start hiring or offering a better pay if you want to avoid high turnover.“
