“I wanted coffee. So I stopped In out local Albertsons where they have a Starbucks. It was around 6am. The line was long and there was only one worker named Sara on this day. She was absolutely a "ANGEL". She took care of the long busy line with so so much GRACE, PATIENCE & PROFESSIONALISM. My caramel macchiato was made to perfection and tasted out of this world. It's was so so GOOD! I had to go back the very next day and have SARA make me another one. This Starbucks is open. It has no seating. However it's still clean & chill spot within the grocery store. I HIGHLY recommend this location for your next round of coffee, tea or pastries. Make sure you get Sara to make whatever your coming for. You will NOT be disappointed!! Thank you again Ms Sara. “As most people, I've been to countless Starbucks around the country, so I rarely find a reason to review them. However, this location definitely stands out for all the right reasons.Located in the Skye Canyon center, it's definitely a popular spot for locals, especially as you can swing by after grocery shopping at Smith's (which is what I did). The parking lot is definitely very busy, however there is plenty of parking in front and if that is full, there is always the Smith's parking lot.This location has a large lobby and plenty of seating. There is a large table in the middle and power outlets at every seat (thank you!!), which is perfect for a coffee meeting with a client or to work remotely. I had some work to catch up on, so I took advantage of the relatively quiet atmosphere (compared to most Starbucks). The lobby is very clean and the noise level is lower than most Starbucks, likely because it is a larger space.Overall I've lost my love for Starbucks coffee over the years as I feel the quality and consistency has gone down overall. Today I opted for a tried and true Chai Latte with Almond Milk. It was perfectly hot and unlike many other coffee shops, their chai tastes spicy and not chemical! While I'm not too familiar with all their drinks due to their seasonal drinks and large menu! “This Starbucks is tremendous. This location has plenty of parking for the amount of traffic that this small location can handle by itself with its baristas. No I'm not going to use any names cuz this is Publix so I'm going to just describe one of my favorite employees there and he is a shorter than myself gentleman with glasses very polite and definitely mirrors your image in a positive affirmation. Sometimes customer service is not customer service it's just an excuse to keep your money now this location does not treat you that way I'm sure they might if they're having a rough day or something personal is going on but who doesn't so I would just definitely from my experience say give them some consideration and some slack and hopefully you read this review this is a inclusive hiring location and they have restrooms preferably for the paying customers they do not say that or post that whatsoever it's just you can tell that they want to keep business flowing. “Just went through the drive through and even though I got thrown off by ordering it. I don’t normally grab it myself (totally spoiled I know xD). Anyways yeah besides me getting everyone confused, everyone was so friendly. I also want to commend them on making an absolutely amazing drink. I normally ask for a mocha frappe with two shots of espresso and cinnamon powder mixed in. When I say drown my drink in cinnamon pour the whole jar in lol. “You really can't find a better location that's off the strip, modern and close to everything. It's a blue diamond and Decatur, it's Tues. March 19, and I'll be here till 11:30 a.m. I found a nice place to park my Benzo, there's an outdoor patio, and if I want snacks I'm right next to 7-Eleven and I can have breakfast at Denny's. Everything in this area is brand new. There's also eos gym in the parking lot in case I want to get in a workout. Anyway this is a good place to get some work done in this New Vegas a lot of windows, quick service, an easy to get to from the strip and vice versa .“

“I had plans to go into my work while out on FMLA & offered to pick up some coffee for my night shifters. I know that this location is open 24hrs. I parked when I arrived a little after 8pm & saw the sign once I got to the door that the inside closed @ 8pm. So I headed for the drive thru. I told the girl on the other end of the intercom that I had a drink order of 4 drinks before I placed it & had asked if they could put names on the drinks & was told "yes."It was quick & easy to place my order. I got up to the drive up window & used my Starbucks app to pay for my order. I chit chatted with the nice girl @ the window. She was super sweet & kind. She asked me if I wanted a drink carrier & that was a definite yes! She also offered to put those plastic things in the opening of the coffee cups so they wouldn't spill. The drive thru wasn't busy & I had an enjoyable visit. I definitely will be back! Thank you!“

“Xavier is the sweetest thing to walk this earth! I live really close, so I put in my mobile order from my driveway. I always leave time just in case it is busy. It was busy. There were only two cars in front of me but I think they both ordered a good amount of drinks to the point where there were 4 or 5 cars behind me. Like I said, I was not in a rush. I got to the window, and Xavier was so upbeat. In the nicest way possible, he basically said he was having a rough day. He didn't let it change his customer service. He was nice, sweet, and has an amazing personality. You can tell he's a hard worker and enjoys what he does. I'm in the restaurant industry, and it's hard to find people who care like that. I always go to this Starbucks because of the convenience of it being next to the freeway. Now I am going to more because of him. Just knowing someone who cares makes me know my drink will be great. I got a strawberry frappuccino, and it was delicious! I tip in the app and added more to my tip after my experience with him.“

“While I really enjoy Starbucks and the food options are great, I will say this, if you have any dietary restrictions just make sure you're extra thorough when asking the contents of items. I tried one of the burritos and when I asked the batista what came in it, she told me bacon, Potatoes and eggs, which is fine, but as it turned out it also contained sausage which is something I personally don't eat. My friend ended up eating it, but I did have to get a different item on the menu due to that.“

“I give them 5 stars because they were working on Christmas Day and I was able to get my coffee fix. I was invited to a lunch in the Spa Tower to celebrate the birthday of two friends. Going to the wrong tower--yes, I wasn't thinking, I then took the Zen Walk through the JW Marriott landscaped park between the two towers. On the way, I saw the Starbucks logo. After lunch and the party broke up, I came back on the walk and entered the casino. Starbucks was open at 3:45! I went in, ordered my customary iced, quad espresso and then walked to my car enjoying every bit of it. The women working were very pleasant. Since it was late in the afternoon,. there was no line. If I come to Rampart, I usually bypass this Starbucks. I won't anymore. I thank the two for giving up their Christmas to work.“
