How can this place be 4.5 stars? We had AYCE there and all the nigiri sushi with raw fish or even red snapper are not fresh and stinky.Masago was the worst one, I threw up immediately, it made my mouth smelly! Omg! If people rate this place good, probably they only order sushi roll or fried food there.Btw, when we complaint about it, the server told me, "it's okay, you don't need to eat if you don't want to eat." Oh wow thank you for reminding. No apology at all. I would never ever go back to this place. God blessed my stomach please.

My favorite place for a baked lasagna roll. I usually get the AYCE but wanted a light meal. Last night around 6pm, service here is so fast, I was in and out of there in 25 minutes. They have great take out options as well.

Unpretentious, non nonsense sushi place. Fresh, delicious, no rice-loading AYCE, big piece after big piece of fish, scallops, or whatever you desire in the menu of heavenly bites all for $31 for adults and $15 for the kid. 5 stars across the board!

Good selection of food options for AYCE. Place was empty on Sunday and I thought this to be strange. Expect to pay $100+ for two people AYCE. Prices raised recently and they have mandatory gratuity on bill of 15%. I will not be back because of the forced tip.

The 5 start reviews was accumulated by the previous owners. This new owner is cheap, sneaky and shady.1. SNEAKY & SHADY :They added tips to the bill, stapled it under the credit card slip hoping customers don't see it and add more tips to them.Today when I checked my bank account, the total $38.18 showed on the bill ( see photo) is now $39.18, I disputed the extra $1. The amount is small, but the idea is wrong.2. LOW VALUE AYCE:Dinner price at $30.95, yet stable dinner items are all removed. No oysters, no soft shell crabs, etc. only allow one sweet shrimp & one dessert per customer. More importantly, they change the menu & rules as they go.When we ordered, they gave us 2 sweet shrimps which normally count as one order. We try to order the 2nd one ( one order per person) they said we can't, one order is one shrimp, and since we had two, it's for both of us... however, when we order other items on the menu, they all come in 2 per order....None of that clearly stated on the menu, so they can change however and whenever they want.3. New owner is not Japanese:I have been coming here for years, stopped because of pandemic, this time, I noticed that they no longer greet you the way every Japanese restaurants do.Also they have been playing Korean songs all night. Most importantly, the sneaky tips & extra charges... I like Japanese own restaurants because they have integrity, they make sure food is fresh and good, also make sure they earn their tips.

Great sushi and selection. Only about 7 tables, so reserve a spot. Unlimited sushi for $32 in 90 minutes. :)

Love the food and the vibe at Sushi Zone. They always play fun, uptempo music and fast service. My husband always does A.Y.C.E and I will always try different things but my favorite roll is the Happy Ending, SO YUMMY. We bring our 3 year old son with us half the time as well and he loves the shrimp tempura, it's his favorite. We've been coming here for about 2 years now and always enjoy our visit.

So, I've been to all the AYCE sushi restaurants in this area (there are literally over a dozen), and Sushi Kaya and their sister restaurant, Sushi Zone (same owners, same management) are right smack at the bottom compared to their competition. On every single level -- food quality/selection, service, atmosphere, decor/appearance, music... they are dead last. You can find WAY better bang/quality for your buck less than a mile away. Good grief, they're bad.

The quality of the sushi overall is excellent. Server was friendly...Now, being in food and beverage for twenty nine years I've got to say I've NEVER in my life, been handed my check, as a party of ONE, and been auto-grated. Probably wouldn't have noticed it if it wasn't for the fact I was paying cash for a change. Not sure if this is your policy there, or just something servers there do and hope people don't notice....With the amount of great spots in this city, I can easily just not come back.

Team here or on a Friday night… Relatively busy. There was two waiters working and to sushi chef… They were all working together well as a team. The overall ambience of the restaurant is good with lots of people laughing and enjoying themselves. The restaurant is clean and the sushi is awesome! Worth the wait!!
