All I can ask is are we on lock down?? They are open for business but a server has to let you in to the building?? There is no counter service, you Must order through a menu pad. I placed my order, went to get my drink, the sweet tea looked like colored water, no tea taste whatsoever, the self serve soda machine was not working The food came out hot and typical taco bell fare.. The service got way better. The time in the drive-through is fast. We come to this location because of these simple services that you don't get any more in other fast food restaurants. Now, just to be clear, we come after 7 pm. I have come during busy hours in the middle of the day, and it was just as quick and fast as night time from my experiences. I do hope you get the same results.
