“If you love wings, you love Wingstop. Order delivery or pickup, they always have your order correct, and piping hot. It is a small place, so dining in is limited. Tons of different flavors and now they have chicken sandwiches. We go here all the time. Brand new location and very good.“

“I had a fantastic experience at WingStop recently. My husband and I decided to try the $19.99 tender meal deal, and it did not disappoint. The meal included 4 strips, 10 boneless wings, and a large fry - all of which were delicious. We indulged in the mild, cajun, and hot honey flavors, each offering a unique and satisfying taste. I must highlight the exceptional customer service we received from Jazmine. She was not only personable and knowledgeable but also exuded positive vibes throughout our visit. “I want to say stopping at this Wing Stop brought me back to the late 90's/2000's when customer service used to matter. The cashier is on top of her game. The food was fine. Again, I will be back to this location just because of the service.“

“A little out of my normal neighborhood, I was going to meet a friend and saw out of the corner of my eye, a wingstop!I say, hey why the heck not.I go in and pleasantly greeted by a beautiful young Hispanic male. Spoke so eloquently and enunciated his words very clearly. Which means a great deal to me for I am a deaf /Hard of Hearing individual. “It was a completely different experience since our last visit about 2 months ago. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly. Our order was cooked and packed perfectly. The soda area was stocked appropriately. I think there has been a change in management/employees and it’s definitely a positive.“

“I placed a fairly large order online for pickup. When I walked in I was greeted and immediately helped. The cashier said they were finishing up my order. In the meantime, I asked to use the restroom. They have M/W single stall for each. The women's room was very clean. When I came out, my order was ready to go ON TIME. The cashier & other employees said thank you. My car smells amazing with all of the yummy wings. Everything was cooked to perfection. I do wish that their fries were a little crisper but that my only complaint. The smiles and friendly staff are the main reason for my 5 star review! Great job.“

“For some reason, DoorDash selected this location for our delivery but we live way across town and there's one right nearby. Anyway, long story short, we called the store and the young lady there was very helpful in helping us cancel the order because DoorDash didn't give us an option to. She called them and got everything handled. We were happy we didn't have to settle for cold delivered wings haha“

“Typical Wingstop except this one is in the food court where they holler your name when it’s ready. I had to deduct a point because my wings were quite large and borderline done. If you go, order them extra crispy and of course always ask for an extra sauce.“

“I use to go to a different wing stop and they were not good at all! So i started going to buffalo wild wing on hualapai and flamingo and theyre service iys horrible, wings are very salty and everytime i order online they take 1 hour and 40 minutes to have them ready, i think they always forget to place the order, SO I DECIDED TO TRY THE NEW WING STOP LOCATION ON FLAMINGO AND FORTH APACHE AND I WAS AMAZED!! “I rarely have an issue with Wing Stop this is why I love them so much always consistent. But today my room mate placed an online order it took me 15 minutes to get there, normally it's an 18 minute wait, ok no problem, I walked in today at Tropicana and Decatur three people working playing around, by the time they realized I was there I was informed it would take 15 minutes, SO YOU NEVER DROPPED MY ORDER, REALLY, I understand this new generation of workers don't have much motivation but I might have to look for a new location because this was truly an I DONT CARE IF YOU WAIT ISSUE, and please understand I was not the only one who was experiencing this, also there were only 5 tickets hanging on the rail, yes I've worked in kitchens for 30 years, shame.“

“I went in on Friday January 19th at 8pm and had the best experience. This was literally the best Wingstop I’ve ever had. The flavor was amazing and the fries were crisped to perfection. I will come for sure. The employees on the night shift also provided the best customer experience I’ve ever had for a Wingstop. The guy who took my order was very professional and sweet.“

“Wingstop is one of my all time favorite wing places and whenever we are out and wings are available they are my go to. The extra crispy option is always the way to go. Nothing like a good crunch when biting into a juicy wing. I love all the variety of sauces and dry rubs they offer and my top are always the Spicy Korean Q or Hot and dry rub, do not skip on the Louisiana rub, so much flavor. But let's not forget about the best part, the ranch. The "liquidness" of their ranch is the absolute best part. We make sure to order the biggest sizes possible, and a huge fan of their blue cheese as well. Just had to dock a star unfortunately because of the upcharge of being in a casino. Overall very tasty and would be back if I am out about and gambling and need some munchies.“

“Cashier was nice, the wait wasn't too crazy since they weren't that busy. We went Thursday afternoon, around 2 pm. The area was clean and stocked. My husband ordered a garlic Parmesan chicken burger. He said it was good, but really salty. The fries were good but not necessarily the greatest I've had from them. The BBQ wings were flavorful and delicious. I tried Latto's Lemon Herb wings and I was actually pretty surprised, I liked it! Definitely like these better than Lemon Pepper wings. Overall, it was good.“

“Awful experience. I wasn’t even gonna leave a review for this waste of space establishment but when I still haven’t gotten my money back it quite honestly leaves me no choice. Last week on 2/24 my bf and I ordered a all in bundle through the mobile app, it said it was gonna be a hour and 15 min wait I immediately tried to call and cancel but of course nobody there can answer a phone so I decided to just wait it out, keep in mind it’s about 10pm on a Saturday night at this point, I definitely understand there busy so I tried to take that into consideration. I ended up getting there a few minutes after the app said my order was ready, I make my way up to the counter and Nicole tells me it’s gonna be about 15 mins I told her to just cancel the order and explained I’ve already waited almost 2 hours. She supposedly submitted the refund but not the correct amount. (I didn’t notice this till later) she then told me that if my refund didn’t come to call them which really alarmed me because what do you mean if it doesn’t come?? Why wouldn’t it come?? Well it’s been a week sense and still no refund I called the store and they told me “they would look into it” I want my money back. I have the receipt I was given which doesn’t even have my card number or correct refund amount. Very unprofessional and the other guy Joshua who was working that night was extremely rude. I’m hoping this review will raise some alarm and urgency in getting me my refund. My next step is corporate which I really hope I don’t have to deal with over 25$. Do better!!! I was finally issued my refund within minutes of talking to someone who’s actually competent, I wish I got his name because he was amazing!! My new refund says it’ll be here in 1-3 days when I was originally told 5-7. This guy needs better workers!! Changing to 5 stars just because of this dude! Once again thank you!!!“
