Been in the drive-thru for 20 minutes with two cars in front of me, and the line hasn't moved once. Barely any cars in the parking lot, I have no idea what could possibly be the hold up.Update: 30 minutes total, for 3 cars. Insanity.
We waited in line and the manager I believe was the one on the window at the drive through and she was very nice. But the person that answered the phone was simply abrupt when I called and said my order was wrong and he told me to get in line again. When. He could have come up to the door because there was still one customer Inside. He could have taken my order and fix it. This Burger King on Ann Rd is the worse.. my son likes the chicken fries and I stopped going ages ago cause the drive through takes FOREVER of how slow the service is... this time we tried entering to order given that the drive through was full cause it was taking forever... inside it was the same if not worse since they took twice as long to prepare a kid's meal and a chicken sandwich..
