On pick up personable, great customer service, food always hot and well prepared...choice go to location. Never disappointed with deliveries...always hot and total order. Only issue are delivery personnel/company...not always reliable, meaning no delivery...does not look good for El Pollo Loco! Pity!!Should have OWN delivery :)
Went inside and I have to say it has been one of the cleanest location I've been too, as soon as I walked in I felt welcomed and everyone was super helpful with my order. I got a tostada salad and everything was fresh and how I wanted it.
