Food is alright, it's good to have a jack in the neighborhood, I love their tacos, but sometimes they don't open during the night, they're not always 24hrs, sometimes at 10pm they're closed. I don't know if management knows that or not, depends who's working that will be the service you get, I have to see who's working first and that will depend if I eat there or not and it shouldn't be that, it should be a nice good experience all the time..mgmt should look into this cause I...read full review

I just had to write a quick review on how pleased I was with the service here. I rolled through the drive-thru at 11:45 pm 11/9/2023. The young man who took my order was polite and helpful. He and a couple others had a brotherly comaraderie and worked together like a well-oiled machine. Our food was hot, fresh and well made. The night team here is awesome. I came here after work exhausted. It took some time to get through the drive through... That being said hot food and the window guy was so nice. Really just made my night after a long hard day...
