You need to retrain the switch operators, they should not answer stalls with “one second” and then sit there for two minutes without saying a word. Good thing I wasn’t a mystery shop. I left without ordering.
If it says you are open til 5am be open. And if you are open 24hrs like the guy said, then you should offer some menu items to order. False advertisement. Waste of time to drive here.
