I came through the drive way late at night at there was a lady named rine or rhinn and she was so helpful and kind and my food was delicious. Please honor her because it's people like that who truly make a difference. She is a hard worker and the #33 with some hot Cheetos is so good :)
Placed a mobile order, App showed ready with time of 1:10 pm. Upon arrival, my order was not ready and hadn't even been started. Was finally ready at 1:25 pm. Only had two employees to serve mobile/online orders, the counter and the drive thru during lunch time hours. Very short staffed. They had to stop taking drive thru orders and 2 customers left the store because of the long wait to be served.

Our sandwiches we're ready for pickup at 5:25 tonight (1/9/24). Came home and opened up our sandwiches and realized after taking a bite that neither one of our sandwiches had everything that we asked for.
