If I could give zero I would! This tropical smoothie seems to always have issues, especially with delivery orders. Do yourself a favor, DON’T Order delivery from them. The first time I had issues with them I gave them the benefit of the doubt but this second time is HORRIBLE. I placed an online order via the Tropical Smoothie App for delivery. I orderd an hour in advance for a quick pick up and still was forced to wait 15 minutes. Also, they didn't put chicken on my salad and gave me the wrong dressing. No one here cares about the customer.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is awfull, it take about 15 minute for someone to come to the speaker to take your order and about at least 30 minutes to wait through the drive through. People do not go to this place if you do not have time to wait 40 minutes at least for your smoothie. And then you get to the window to find oyt your order is messed up.
