Thank you Jacky and Khang for an absolutely wonderful dining experience! My husband and I ate at the bar this past weekend. Our food was delicious, the service was outstanding, and you both made our first night in Reno at Atlantis the best!We ordered an assortment of appetizers and drinks that did not disappoint. Delicious dirty martinis (with blue cheese olives if that's your thing cuz it's definitely ours!). Juicy warm oysters Rockefeller with a really generous amount of cheese, pork belly lollipops with a sweet and sticky maple glaze, fresh ahi tuna with a creamy wasabi, and really savory escargot. Amazing foie gras on some kind of culinary wizardry of a funnel cake meets French toast fried bread and reduced cherries ... literally one of the tastiest bites I've ever had and it paired so well with the delicious bottle of Duckhorn Pinot.Thank you so so much Khang and Jacky, you were so great and truly made our night a wonderful one!

This is my husband & I first time in Reno, we are beyond impressed with the hospitality! We live right outside of NYC and have never received top of the line service from a wait staff like we did last night. Food is incredible however we were blown away truly by the service. I would highly recommend you request Logan as your waiter, we have never been served by a more knowledgeable, elevated server in our lives. Even his assistant Dhane was extremely attentive. We are beyond impressed, amazing first impression of Reno.

So let me start by telling you this restaurant is rated one of the top 10 in the world .cant say how wonderful this place is … whoever is the manger for cleanliness gets a 5 star. I have never seen any restaurant maintain such a high standard of cleanliness. They even wipe/sanitize the seats on which we place our cheeks ?.the staff is exceptional . Ali , and Christopher were great. they don’t allow pets except service animal but they let our new pup with us . ( very very thankful)our server was Forest and jihnyeon he was exceptionally humble and polite . What a 5 Star service they gave us. This is my favorite place in Reno. My birthday was so so worth it.♥️♥️♥️♥️

Excellent food and service 95% of the time. Last time we went our waiter coughed on us and our food multiple times, but we took it in stride and hopefully he will be more conscientious. Food is almost always very enjoyable.

Terrible service as we set 20 minutes before we saw a waiter! Then I paid $72 for a New York steak that tasted dry at medium rare ! Steal was old and had NO Flavor! For a five star restaurant and our first time trying the steakhouse we were very very disappointed ! Will continue to go to Western Village and Anthonys!

Food is always good here. Service is excellent. Price is on the upper end but worth it. Overall, the Atlantis food in all of their restaurants is some of the best dining in the area.

A truly enchanting experience! The best fine dining restaurant we've been to in Reno. We'll come back for sure! You must get the table side ice cream with liquid nitrogen in it. It's unforgettable!

The Atlantis Steakhouse is deserving of its high ratings as the best steakhouse in Northern Nevada. We had a wonderful dinner celebrating our anniversary. Our server, Curtis, was friendly, attentive, and very knowledgeable. It was a lovely, memorable evening.

abalone was dipped in pancake batter and not seasoned. you may wanna kill that on the menu because it was obvious that only we ordered the abalone in the ladt few days. alex was a good server. he hustled

This is a fine dining restaurant and it definitely feels like it! We stopped by just for dinner, no special occasion, and after being seated felt like we were WAY underdressed for such a lovely establishment. Regardless of our casual dress, we were served and still treated very kindly by staff. We ordered a bottle of wine and our server was able to recommend a novice, sweet wine for our table of 3. He let us sample the wine before committing and we really appreciated that! A soup or salad was part of the special and my cousin and mom said the salad was the best salad they had ever had. All 3 of us decided to order the special that day which was a steak with 3 large prawns and veggie sides. The prawns were the biggest I ever seen and there was no way for me to finish the steak we ordered- I took it home and had 2 meals out of it! We didn't order dessert but I thought the little coffee cake to go was such a sweet touch. We had an amazing experience and would love to go again.

Bland food with prices that don’t match the quality. Steakhouses such as Bimini really highlight how behind this steakhouse is. Overall a 5/10 experience.

Decent spot,Got the most expensive Ribeye steak on the menu, it was good but pretty bland. I ordered it medium rare and unfortunately it was a bit over cooked. The bourbon bacon creamed corn was exactly what I wanted it to be, very rich and delicious. The maple pork belly was very disappointing. It was like they took a basic brand of maple syrup and drinched it on pork belly which was really unpleasant to taste. The brussel sprouts were equally disappointing, soggy and flavorless. The filet mignon was the highlight of the night and the lobster was large and tasted pretty good, was a bit tough though. The cocktail I got was great and was served quickly. They gave a couple of free dessert items. One was some sort of fudge tray. I’m not going to complain about something that was free, but it was not good. I’d recommend changing the options for that or just don’t do it at all. Same thing for the coffee cake thing? Just didn’t taste good.
