Beware, we ordered 3 shots of espresso and they simply pulled one shot long enough to fill three cups which resulted in super bitter minimally caffinated shots. Not good service.

The sizes are extremely under sized. They are charging 3.50$ for a small sauce cup of gellato. Not a bowl a tiny sauce cup. When we asked for sugar they seemed annoyed only to give us a big shaker and didn't give us anything to stir it with. Coffee was sub par as well. Never coming back and this was my first visit.

Searched “best healthy ish dessert in Reno” and landed here. Once I saw the gelato I was sold, I sampled a few (cute mini metal spoons, sustainable?) then settled on Bart’s Revenge which was peanut butter & butterfinger & salted caramel. I got the double which was a huge portion - next time I’d go single. We asked the gal serving some questions and turns out she makes the gelato and I believe is the owner! Sweet and delightful and locally owned, they support local farmers and dairies. I will come back for the espresso float, some day

I think this is the only store that makes Gelato in downtown Reno. Love that there’s a Gelato place as it’s slightly healthier than ice cream.Ube flavour Gelato (how often you see that) tasted really good, and it comes in big serving even with the smaller adult cup. There was a sign stating that their coffee won first place.

Wow these baristas know what they're doing. I just got the best coffee and gelato here. Definitely recommend for something fun to do in Reno.
I've heard so much about this place, so decided to get a coffee on a weeknight. It was.....ok...not bad, just....meh. Ordered a gelato, Americano and a latte. Customer service was very good. Don't know if I would excitedly come back. With sooooooooo many coffee shops, it just didn't wow me.

Good coffee and good gelato. What you should do is get a scoop of gelato and then have them put a shot of espresso over the top of it.

The only reason I gave this place a 3 is because their chai mixture (store bought) contains milk powder but it is not clearly noted on their menu. Their alternative chai latte is chai tea bag with steam milk. Way too expensive.
