I’ve given Bimini several chances and always walk away disappointed. No matter what is ordered, the protein is always under seasoned with an anemic sear. I think we typically like the idea of eating at a nice place, more than the actual food.

This place is amazing! Great food, great service, great atmosphere. It’s definitely pricey but on a special occasion it is worth it.
This restaurant was great. Was a bit of a trek to get to but we made it on time luckily. So, we have been to fancy steak houses in Vegas.. we pay $400 plus for literally 1 steak. This place may be pricy but it gives ya enough financial room to not only get appetizers, drinks and dinner for a good price. The food and service were great. Price was acceptable for what ya get. Lamb rack, phenomenal! One thing to improve on. DO NOT SIT GUESTS RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE DAMN MONITORS! Everytime the monitor kicks on it blinds everyone close to it and it wasn't a pleasant area to be in. However; definitely a spot to go to for great food and drinks. The table side Ceasar salad.... improve the process. Didn't taste quite right.
Celebrated my six year wedding anniversary.We have been here before on our first wedding. It was. Great experience then and it did not disappoint the second time around at all. The food was delicious. But the service was even better. PS try the onion soup, you will not be disappointed.

The service was great and the food was delicious. We had the cheese board, which we thoroughly enjoyed. We also had the pineapple margarita that we 100% recommend. My fiance ordered a steak, and I got the salmon. My salmon could have had a little more flavor, but overall, I was happy with my dinner. We finished with a lemon posset that was topped with blueberries, and we really recommend that too. We will definitely come back. The service was great, the portions were good, and the atmosphere was very good too.

Just Floor it!
A little more hype than expected. I want a grilled flavored steak and it was like it was broiled. I don't like sauces on a steak and I know why they have 10 different ones... But just my opinion. Service was great and the atmosphere, spot on.

This is a fabulous restaurant, but bring your credit line with you. Dinner for four of us was well over $600 and we brought our own wine. The service is stellar and the food is delicious. First class all the way, but be sure this is how you want to spend your money. Highly recommend the coconut honey shrimp appetizer. Enjoy!!

Love this place. Fantastic steaks, and they make the smoky old fashionedsans various other dishes table side. Spacious and a cool vibe to the place. Service is awesome. Assorted bread basket and peppered butter comes with the meal.

Service and atmosphere. Awesome.Now the food… as a fine dining steak house level, it was below average. I really was not that impressed, almost disappointing because the atmosphere and the service is great you’d think the food would be at that same level.I got the Tomahawk steak, but they should name it the baby hatchet instead. I’ve gotten way larger cuts of ribeye from Costco. It was more rare than I would take it as well. For an almost 100 dollar steak, you’d think you at least get more bang for your buck. The fact that they charge for sides is kinda silly for how much you’re already paying for sub par food.My dads prime rib was pretty much a large cut of fat. He spent more time cutting his dinner than eating it.Service was great, food wasn’t so great. I could have made a better steak at home with 1/4 the price.

Never again! Our steaks had to be eaten in sequence since one steak was horribly over-cooked. Then, we waited for 15 minutes for a replacement by which time the magic was gone. Of importance is that they are also under-staffed. It took too much time to flag down a waiter when we needed assistance such as returning an inedible side dish.
