we had the ravioli/lasagna, called the valentine special added garlic bread and a meatball. this meal includes a soup or salad. we had the salad. everything was delicious! the staff were professional and attentive. can not wait to return.
This food was Delicious! As you can see on the sign this is the oldest family restaurant in Nevada! By itself that is pretty cool but it was topped off with Fantastic food! Great sauce for the Spaghetti, great Beef Raviolis and Wonderful Garlic Cheese bread.

Excellent authentic Italian food in a true family owned restaurant at very reasonable prices. If you can’t pick what you want to eat you can do half pasta/half ravioli! They also have great drink specials and full bar. The inside is super cute and old timey with lots of family pictures and framed articles.

The hubby and I found this gem doing research on Restaurants in Reno. We were blown away at the deliciousness of their homemade cooking. We can't wait to have another old style Italian meal while we are here for vacation. Also... the service was GREAT.
This place is full time of character. All home made, delicious out of the oven goodness. Can't wait to go back and taste the delicious homemade food. Simple menu, spaghetti, raviolios, lasagna and the most delicious garlic bread I have ever had!! Their minestrone soup is also the best great to take a quart home on a cold winter night. Get there early on the weekends it is small.
Food was great! Service was great! The waitress was very accommodating to my allergy to cheese. The ravioli was fantastic! If you're expecting americanized Italian food, go some where else. This is a small mom and pop place that uses traditional recipes. I highly recommend!
Always a must when visiting Reno! Everything here is delicious all the way down to the dressing on the salad!
Good drinks. Terrible food. A side salad consists of bagged lettuce with a few slivers of carrots served on a teacup size saucer. I laughed out loud when it was presented. Personal size Pizza - don't recommend. I have had much better frozen ones. They were out of basic ingredients and the pizza was burned pretty bad and had no flavor. Like eating burned toast with tasteless sauce. Must have been an off day for the cook. Place could be charming if it was thoroughly cleaned and actually decorated. Bartender was friendly.

The best lasagna I have had in years!!! Great customer service. A fun atmosphere. When you walk in, your mouth will be watering before you sit down! If I could eat the air of deliciousness..I would!!! Lol. Mmmmm. Mmm. I will be back for more. Next time I will try the Ravioli.❤️?

I just love this place!! We went out to dinner with another couple and none of us were disappointed. We had reservations for 7pm and our table wasn't ready so they bought us a round of drinks, Peroni on draft, delish!! Then my friend and I ordered the Valentine meal, lasagna and ravioli of course we added a meatball and garlic bread. My husband ordered the full plate of lasagna-it looked like a soufflé it was huge!!! My friend's hubby ordered the royal pizza, toppings to the edge and so full he could barely pick up a slice. This was our second time there and it was as delicious as ever!!! Return trip already planned!! Thanks Hailey for the tour!!
Casale's Half Way Club says they are the Oldest Family Restaurant in Nevada and I believe it. At one time a small home, long ago converted to a family restaurant serving Italian food basics. I would go there again for the warmth and fun ambiance, but the food was lacking in some ways. We ordered a small antipasto which was a plate with some yellow peppers, slices of salami, sticks of chedder and mozzarella cheese, and a pile of black olives but no dressing. We found that kind of sparce. We ordered garlic toast and that was much better, sliced into sticks with a bowl of piping hot "gravy" (red pasta sauce). It was think and chunky and very tasty. We had to reorder. I had spaghetti and meatballs/meat ravioli half and half. It was certainly more than enough food. Saved more than half of it. But the pasta wasnt adequately drained so it made that wonderful red sauce soupy. I was disappointed. And I couldnt feel or taste meat in the raviolis. One of our co-diners ordered lasagna and that looked more than wonderful. I will visit again and I will try the lasagna for sure. We ordered a red blend wine and it was pretty darn good. I think it was a Valpolicella.
