“I love this place for coffee, the plantain coffee is my favorite and I like it much more than I initially thought I would. I wouldn't recommend them for food since most of the items seem to come from Costco (but I haven't tried everything. I don't want to say this is the case for the full menu so take this with a grain of salt). However, for coffee I would definitely recommend them!“
“Most coffee shops in Reno are very good, but this one is exceptional. Friends and acquaintances alike have agreed with me that this is the best coffee in town. The decor is lovely, the baristas are always friendly and timely even when they're packed, and I love that they use local ingredients in their coffee. They use a local chocolatier, Dorinda's, for many of their seasonal flavors. I love the pistachio flavor so much I'll be sad to see it go!We make the drive from Spanish Springs once a week because we love it that much. Their sandwiches are delicious so be sure to give the fig and brie one a try! I do wish they had more pastries (donuts, coffee cake, muffins or different loaf slices would be nice) but we tend to show up late morning, so it could just be that the display case is sold out.“

“My Husband and I visited Ferino Distillery recently during a short trip to Reno and we are so happy we did! During our visit we met Joe Canella aka Mr. Cinnamon who is the creator of this establishment along with his business partner. We were fortunate to be given a tour and experience a tasting by Mr. Cinnamon himself and we were not disappointed! Joe is very passionate about his creations it is obvious throughout the Ferino tasting experience.During our visit we tasted 5 different liquors made at Ferino of which we walked away with 4 bottles plus 2 bottles of Ferinos homemade bitters which are amazing! I regret not grabbing more.Of the different alcohols we tried I was torn between the bourbon and the Cinnamon. Joe made me an old fashioned using the 2 together that gave me the best of both worlds. “I love trying out different coffee houses and this one has been on my list to try for a while now. it was early afternoon and a little busy but the guy working the bar area was super nice and polite. I told him what my usual was at the larger chain coffee place so he made me one similar to my caramel macchiato with oat milk. It tasted a lot smoother than the one I had been used to. I loved it right away. The parking lot has plenty of space to park and inside is busting with good energy. Very clean and friendly establishment. The only downfall was I wanted a hot coffee drink, and it only came in a 12 oz. I do love the way more coffee houses are offering more dairy free and plant-based choices. The service and atmosphere really friendly, plus the delicious lemonade and acai bowls. I have not tried their Boba but many options and ways to customize your drinks. The bubble waffles are OK but I would encourage you try it with some toppings. Disclaimer I am picky when it comes to bubble waffles. My comparison point is always to those of establishments and businesses from Hong Kong where these waffles originated. Bubble waffles: 3/5 These waffles are OK. They have a nice crisp to them but their batter isn't an authentic vanilla style batter that's true to that of a Hong Kong bubble waffle. Traditionally the outsides are really crispy, the insides are very pillowy and there's also a mildly sweet, vanilla flavor. There was nice caramelization for these waffles; however, if you have this plain this will be quite bland. The owners did offer some powdered sugar, but I declined as I wanted to try their base flavor. They do offer other flavors of these waffles and I'm assuming there's more flavor to those. Because this is such a blank canvas, I imagine the toppings you can add to these waffles would elevate the waffles. Service: 5/5 I would come here again for the service as well as the cleanliness of the establishment. Super friendly owners, willing to answer your questions, talk to you, or give you suggestions. I'm willing to try the other things on their menu.“

“I have been wanting to come here for a while and I'm happy I did! The menu is diverse with hot, cold, blended and cappuccino drinks. They also have Italian soda and food items. I got the snickerdoodle late and the ladies in the front recommended it off their seasonal menu they didn't have up because they were redoing it. They were 100% right in saying I would love it because I like cinnamon because it was it wasn't just on the top, you could taste it throughout. 10/10 recommend. Inside it wasn't too bright or noisy but they do have outdoor seating as well. I enjoyed seating inside which was nice I learned you can watch people play cards of all kinds and sometimes there are live shows. I'm a Pokémon fan and purchased something pretty cool for my collection as well. Very excited to bring my husband here as this is right up his alley.“

When I drove up I notice how big the menu was and not just for coffee but snacks as well, I decided on a cherry blossom with oat milk. I also noticed how many snack choices she had as well, even had vegan cookies.My latte tasted so delicious and enjoyed chatting with the owner too. If you are looking for a coffee house to sit inside then this is not the place. It is a drive thru only so stay in your jammies if you want since you dont even have to get out of your car. My only negative comment to make is I wish she offered the frequent purchase cards like most other coffee houses offer where you buy so many and get one free or cheaper. She does not offer those. “I had tried 1 2 Tea for the first time while actually ordering take out through it's neighboring restaurant Ijii Noodle House. I ended up enjoying it so now anytime I order food from there I usually throw in a milk tea as well. I usually go for a thai milk tea, however I recently discovered their thai green milk tea and I am obsessed! I'm now going out of my way just to drive over there and get the thai green tea. It's so delicious - I think it's a mix of traditional milk tea and matcha. My husband has been getting the earl grey milk tea which he also loves, and he can be picky about drinks. The only slight critique is that when I order in store sometimes the teas seem to take a long while to be made, even if there aren't many other people in there. I understand that they also process orders for the restaurant so maybe that has something to do with it, but I usually prepare myself for a bit of a wait to get my drink and don't go if I'm in a hurry.“
