Tried the chicken avocado tacos ? today. They have a nice texture and great taste. Much better tacos than Taco Smell or Jimboy's.I had the idea that Pollo Loco just sold chopped charred chicken. I think I need to go there more often!

. I have a developmentally disabled son who visits this store at least once a week! And they treat him exceptionally well . . Always a big greeting. And. Alfredo has to come put from the kitchen to give him a fist bump . And of course all the staff joins in a big welcome'. And all the way to the big waves as he is leaving! Celebrated! This is my favorite location because they are fast and the food is always yummy. Indeed, I haven't had a negative experience at this location and it's the one I usually come to - via the drive thru only. My only complaint is that the El Pollo Loco chain took the chicken nachos off the fire grilled combo menu! I know that has nothing to do with this particular location, but it's a concern for me. :) Recommend? Yes Return? Yes
