I was in the area and stopped by to place a to go order. After 20 min waiting I went to ask a status and it wasn't ready. Took them almost 40 min to give me the order. Never going back to a place where takes that long.

I should have taken a picture but the food was too delicious to even think about a picture!! Service and staff was amazing!! We got the Pho and shared it and holy moly!! It was HUGE!! The Vietnamese Spring Rolls were delicious as well. And the milk tea boba…*chef’s kiss!! Will definitely be back and make this place a regular spot!!

This order seemed hurried and the quality suffered. Normally we are quite satisfied. The Ijji Fried Rice was overly eggy, had way too much pepper and hardly any other seasoning. The chicken seemed like an afterthought BUT the shrimp was flavorful and cooked to perfection. The Fried octpus Balls - Takoyaki were undercooked but the sauce that accompanied it was yummy. Miso soup was great as usual. The imperial rolls were good yet oily. Love the pickled veggies that come with it. Wish they offered a plum sauce or sweet and sour sauce to dip in verses the same sauce they use for the spring and summer rolls.

I will leave my original review below out of fairness.The first four or five visits at this establishment deserved the good review; however, the last three visits this restaurant has been declining. The food the last three visits has got me sick (vomiting and severe stomach cramps) everytime (the Vietnamese soup, and the Japanese soup), and the service was sub-par. Me getting sick three times in a row suggests this place might need a visit from the health department. Shame on the management and owner. In addition, the bathroom was pretty dirty. I will not be returning and I no longer recommend this restaurant.Outstanding food, superb service, clean restaurant and great experience overall. The servers are professional, personable and attentive. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Everything I’ve tried so far is excellent. This is the best Chinese food I’ve ever tasted, especially the meat. I don’t know what they do to it but it’s like to perfection when it comes to Chinese food restaurants for some reason sometimes the meat is I don’t know

I’ve tried every ramen restaurant in Reno and this is the best one. They have so many different options of ramen. I’ve tried the cheese and black garlic ramen and am not a fan of those. I usually order the spicy tonkotsu ramen. The only downside is that it’s not all that spicy, even if you order extra spice. The broth is creamy but not too heavy. The portion sizes are great. They also have special limited edition dishes if you want to try something new. Green tea matcha ramen for example during the holidays. They also serve milk tea from 1,2 tea. I Highly recommend this restaurant.

The weight for a booth was a little too long for me. The service was fantastic. They only had two wagers, and the place was packed. When we got there they do need to get a few more booths. The bowls of soup are very large and there are plenty of tables and chairs, the menu is excellent and the atmosphere a little too crowded for my taste. I do go here quite frequently for the Poké Don bowls. my favorite, of course is salmon, shrimp and scallops. They have lots of toppings, lots of sides, and when we left, there was a line to come in. Glad we got there early. I definitely recommend.!!!Kid-friendliness: There was one girl and one guy and they were running around as best they could we waited and we waited for a booth and it took a while but that’s OK. It was well worth it. They did get a third waiter after a while. It was well worth the wait. They were so friendly so kind so nice, always checking to see what we needed and what we wanted smiling very friendly, and lots of families with kids… that was no problem for this place. Kids are always welcome.

I've been missing out, that's all I can say. As the weather is getting colder I get that craving for a hearty stick to your bones fat bowl of Ramen but adult version. I had to come here. When I walked in I was offered a table for one but figured since it's just me I'd sit at the bar area. They have a variety of beers on tap, wines, and other beverages. You're not going home thirsty that's for sure. I ordered an Asahi mug while I was getting ready to make some hard decisions. I used my mochi checkin offer too! They have different mochi flavor options, I had the strawberry. As I often do, I see the menu and I always want it a little differently made but can't quite bring it together. Lucky for me, Victoria works here and knows her stuff. I told her what I wanted and she made some suggestions to what was brewing in my brain. Together we came up with one of the best Ramen bowls I've ever had. Oh man it was delicious! I'm so happy I came here and wonder why I've never stopped by. The ambience is cool, it's got that Asian relaxing decor going on. All the people here are super friendly and helpful. Today, I want to take time to thank Victoria for helping me. She's a very hard worker and I really appreciate her excellent service! Thank you!
