They just don't listen to you when you tell them that you can't have stuff on your food. I'm allergic to so many things, but even when you stress this to these kids working, they just kinda shrug it off as no big deal. But to me, being allergic to mustard and fruits is a huge deal for me. So I wasted 14 here. I just have to throw it away because they don't care about you as the consumer. The manager never came to the phone when I called. I guess if the manager doesn't care about us as customers, why should any of the employees care about us.

I have received the absolute worst garbage known as food. I am genuinely pissed and getting a refund. My 2 sandwiches, which I was told were hot and fresh, were ice cold and stale. Don't eat here. This place has no good food. This is the 3rd time I've dealt with this.

Super slow service. Its super frustrating to see every single customer in the drive-thru get served before anyone even approaches you at the front counter. And the drive-thru line here is like 20 cars long on the regular. For what, a 15 dollar burger? No thanks.

For delivery, they always seem to miss part of the order or get an item wrong. They do offer to fix the issue if you go down to the store but will not refund the missing item over the phone. They will give you the did of a replacement drink. it really defeats the point of delivery.

I did a mobile app order and there was food missing I paid close to $45 I was missing 16 nuggets and fries they were for my daughter she is autistic she only eats nuggets from this place,so I go to the place the Manger on duty at 7pm it was a female Manger stating thats odd I packed the meal my self. Accused me of getting the nuggets and instead of handing me the bag she threw it on the counter and told me to look it's all there and walked away, if I did a mobile app order why the heck would I drive to jack in the box to get free nuggets? I definitely will say Avoid this place at all cost!!!

Drive up employee should not be at drive threw as after handing me change he asked how much he gave me, and I believe working around food you should at least look clean not so with this young man. I ordered combo and didn't receive drink I just wanted to get home. I order egg rolls a lot this was first time they were burnt somehow, and when I go to drive up why are we asked to pull around front they will bring it out to you after waiting in drive up line.

So the last couple months I've been trying all of the fast food hamburgers again. All of the big franchises, and I am constantly shocked at how expensive a burger is and how low the quality is. BK microwaving, pretty sure Carl's Jr. does also. $10 dollars for a double burger that is barely a 1/3 lb of meat. taco Bell puts three crumbs of meat in there Taco, Popeyes chicken has shrunk in half. The Price keeps climbing on all of these fast food places. And I still see lines.Well bottom line was, I had a sourdough jack at jack in the box and yes it was $7.99, but an extra patty only cost $1.10 and the patties were actually larger than anywhere else. And the flavor was good too. Still taste like what I remembered. I can't remember when buying a hamburger cost the same as 2 1/2 pounds of ground beef. For all the changes in prices every where, at latest the taste and size was still there...

A shell of what the dine in services once were. JITB is rather desolate these days. The drive-through is still active with the same fast food service and food quality.The value menu is also shrinking while the combo prices continue to rise! It's not just JITB.. It's nearly all fast foods. The LMV location just seems to protrude the expensive & empty vibes x10!It's not 24 hr.. the drive-through has been either absolutely empty or a 20-minute min wait the 2/3 times I have visited in the past year. OR they're closed, of course!☆Lemon Valley ( LMV) Is in need of a better & more extensive variety of dining options. I think we can all agree to that!!!!Ps. Those divey grease filled, definitely not true meat 2 tacos deal ( no longer 2 4 $1) ..but definitely uniquely delicious especially late at night! ?
