Hard bread. I would be shocked if this bread isn't from the day before. I won't be back here. My sandwich also didn't have Jimmy mustard that I asked for on it. Or packets of yellow mustard. This is the 2nd time in a row my sandwich wasn't right

Why I walked out. While in the middle of ordering, with the employee feet away from the register, a guy walks in and while behind me, over my shoulder yells, because the music is so damn loud, is there an order for Wilfredo back there? Then there's this, Alfredo? No, Wilfredo. Alfredo? No, Wilfredo with a W. The employee, now looking at the only wrapped sandwich with a receipt on it and which should be on the shelf by the front door, asks the guy if the order is for Willie? It was! Then there was the discussion as to bag or not to bag. Insulted by the rudeness of both and the assault on what's left of my already damaged ear drums, I walked out. To the owner: good luck with this business model.

What kind of restaurant closes at 6pm the entire week, besides Saturday.. When you close at 3pm and aren’t even open on Sunday. Such a joke.

Went here today at 2pm to order a sandwich for lunch. I noticed a sign on the register "due to staffing shortage we will close at 2pm today." Interesting....I ordered my sandwich, and it was made promptly. I sat down to eat and when I took the first bite, an employee came up to me and said the dining area was closed because they had to close at 3 today. I was shocked because this was not mentioned to me when I placed my order. Clearly this business is more keen on accommodations themselves instead of their customer. Will I come back here in the future? Not a chance! There are too many businesses out there that will appreciate my business, and they will have it

I Frick end love the Frenchie sandwich it's simple & delish. It figures that they'd discontinue it.They have a good selection of sandwiches, though.The last few times I've been in a JJ's the service was not great, it's almost like the folks who work there have finally realized that they work in a sandwich shop.Before covid when I would go there, there was music playing the staff had smiles on their face's, & really seemed to enjoy their job's.Not so much anymore.

This place is always packed for lunch and I simply don't get why. The service is subpar, the cashier misinformed me on what comes on the sandwich and what is a extra so I didn't get what I want. Sandwich bread is stale, and both times I went my Turkey sandwich had a single slice of Turkey on it, no exaggeration. Save your money and make your sandwich at home.

In office day, what a day to forget my lunch! This was so a Monday kinda ordeal and and not a Tuesday! JJ's to the rescue! Quickly placed an order online for pick up this afternoon. I ordered my all time favorite club tuna with extra tuna and cheese on wheat. Used my rewards during this visit and got some chips and a brownie for the kiddos! Was greeted and advised my order was ready on shelf, My order was all nicely stapled together and placed on rack. Got to work and my order was nicely made, extra tuna and cheese were added... Kelly was one happy girl! This location we frequent at my job. Easy delivery or pick up! I have not once had a bad experience at this location and my orders have always been fulfilled with no hiccups. Thank you for saving me JJ's!

I have eaten at this place for a long time. Went in for lunch today. They raised their prices which is understandable given the current business climate. What is not understandable is serving day old bread on sandwiches which now cost more. My wife and I could no eat more than a bite or two the bread was that bad. I don't get it but I will no longer be going there.
