I usually call my order in for pickup and Papa Murphy's is always on time having my food ready so I can pick it up, take it home and feed a house full of guys.

After going to this Papa Murphy's for over 10 years, I had a problem with not enough sauce on my pizza which apparently hurt the owner's feelings because he personally sauced the pizza himself. so I was kicked out of this Papa Murphy's from now on. I am no longer allowed to go to this Papa Murphy's because I let them know that there was not enough sauce on my pizza. The owner was very rude and this is after 20 years of going here and never saying a word before. I did not allow him to replace the pizza after that remark. I realize Tuesdays are there busy days and I stopped in, I heard everybody ordering extra sauce I should have ordered extra sauce my bad but that's not the way you treat people. That's just not how you treat customers that's not customer service.

They are still using rubbery mozzarella cheese, I quit buying from them a year ago for the same reason and thought they may have changed but was wrong. The cheese is hard to swallow and makes me choke

I formerly loved this take and bake place. Something has been changed and that is the mozzarella they are using. Whatever they are currently using is pretty much like rubber with no flavor at all. I will not be buying pizza at this location again.

I drove quite a distance to get a pizza and the cinnamon roll and it was almost closing time, I explained to Sophia and Katie that I drove a long way for the pizza and cinnamon roll, they were out of the cinnamon roll, I made a sad face and these sweet girls made me smile by making me a cinnamon roll,they are awesome and just for this reason, the Papa Murphys on N Mccarran will be the only place that I spend my money, thanks girls for the wonderful experience, your kindness and hard work will never go unnoticed:)

They have become THE WORST at customer service. They couldn't care less if the get your order wrong or if they forget to give you part of your order. Stop giving them your business. Go somewhere else.

The owner of this restaurant is so unbelievably kind. The staff is absolutely killer! I have been coming here for years and today placed an order at wrong location and they were so accommodating and quick to make my pizza. The pizza is also so delicious do not underestimate this place 10/10

Went in to buy a pizza, the two workers were making them were fairly busy. The gray haired employee was complaining to the employee wearing the black hat about having to make 60 pizzas by himself. It took about 5 minutes for the grey haired guy to come to the register. I was paying cash with a c note, for which he replied sorry cant help you. He said that he didn't have change, threw up his hands and expected me just to leave. For which I did, and as I was leaving, I asked him his name which he refused to provide, and ran away and hid around the corner. I then asked the guy in the black hat for the other workers name. And, he replied that he was the "owner". I asked for the workers name wearing the black hat and he replied that he was the manager. Well, I sincerely doubt that the one was the owner, and the other worker was the manager. This is very poor behavior to treat a customer. I do understand the need for employees, however these two need to be retrained otherwise terminated.
