I've had to update this review. I will now never go here again. Today was the last straw. You people need to hire employees that actually understand and speak English. The new guy there is completely unacceptable.After standing there for TEN minutes while ONE person (this new guy) made sandwiches and the other one watched, he asks for my order. I tell him. 12" Sourdough. "We have white or wheat." "Sourdough." "Salad?" NO, SOURDOUGH. "Salad?" NO YOU IDIOT, LEARN ENGLISH. I asked again if they were out of Sourdough. "Salad?" I gave up and walked out.Here's the thing. I have gone here 1-2 times a week for two months. Do the math. That's a lot of sandwiches. You just lost a long-time customer. And I'm 100% sure the owner of this place will NEVER see this ad or respond, or fix the problems.

Dear port if subs, If every other person who pays with card gets denied due to your system or internet I suggest you let your customers know you can only accept cash at the moment. Luckily the girl who made my sandwich was a delight. And I had cash lol.

Don't order anything from this location and expect service. Your special requests are not followed nor does the staff care.They also laugh at customers as they leave when they don't do their job correctly.It has been written off as a training lesson.Very disappointed!!!I won't bother them again!!!! ?

I got a 24" number one about a week ago and the mayo and mustard mix was spoiled. I got very sick you willNever see me in that place again. The health department should close it down.

Apparently gift cards don’t work at this one EVERY OTHER LOCATION they work this has happened to me twice now at this one location go to the stead one or literally any other one plus it always looks dirty in there and rude customer service

The food was good, the place is clean never any issues with that been my favorite sandwich place for 20 years. But for god sake. The last 4 times I’ve been there the two younger gentleman’s customer service is just awful. Both have their headphones in, one is on his phone looking at something, barely any interaction, no greetings. One guy just looked at me and waited for me to tell him what I wanted on my sandwich instead of asking. I get it, you’re working in a sandwich shop, might not be the most ideal job right now but please have some decency. If this is your family’s restaurant show some pride and at the very least act like you care. It’s truly embarrassing.

I have given this location 3 chances and each time they prove to be the WORST Port of Subs location I've ever been to. This location has extremely RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL staff. You'll notice when you walk in that they are all wearing headphones.... That is because they are talking on the phone the whole time you're there. The second time I went there, the man making my sandwich was actually YELLING at whoever he was on the phone with. The food is gross, the bread is DRY and they take forever to make a sandwich. The men that work there will barely acknowledge your existence and then when they do speak they are extremely arrogant. The ambiance is unwelcoming. This location should do themselves a favor and hire some employees that are nice and understand the definition of customer service. Drive a little longer and go to a different location.

This was my first time at Port of Subs and I got the grilled chicken sub - it was amazing ! I appreciate that the ingredients are super fresh. The brownie is really good too. The manager is so friendly and kind. He treat customers really good. And also he is familiar with each menu item very well. The store has a clean atmosphere too. Definately Coming back !!!
