Great food and service. Gem was our waitress and she was a gem! Such a wonderful personality. Food was well presented and flavourful. Would go again. Did not care so much for the music selection in the background. Something more mellow would be appropriate.
I've been to Rim several times and the food is always good. The issue is the service - it's very hit and miss. My last visit was the worst service yet. The waitress got so frustrated with us (because she didn't know the menu) that she refused to finish our service and another waiter stepped in. We were a super easy, friendly group of 3 and our guess is that she just did not like us pointing out things we knew were on the menu and our request for 2 minor variations (1 of which...read full review
