Young people working the thai kitchen and mixed up my order. Food was salty then usual. Felt like the food should've been showed loved. Poor customer service. Didn't meet my standards.

Got the wrong order today and I will take it back tomorrow. I always take 2 buses to get there for the Bangkok Chicken and rice noodles. Only thing I will eat. It is always good.

Great food but a guy wasn’t wearing gloves and he was touching the food (not just the containers and tools, THE FOOD!!!). I don’t know where those dirty nails have been but it shouldn’t be in the food, not the kind of extra flavor I want

First time trying Ruby Thai's Kitchen. Every time we are by the food court, we always see Ruby Thai's Kitchen with a long line. So we decided to try it this time. Ruby Thai is like Panda Express in the sense where food is already cooked and you just point to the food you want. There was only one girl working the front counter, fulfilling everyones order. She was friendly and was very hefty on the portions she was giving to customers. (Which was nice). You have the option of picking fried rice and/or chow mein. The customer in front of us had order half and half, and we followed suit. And then you can choose 1-3 items from the array of foods they have available. We choose Walnut Shrimp, Mango Chicken, and I can't remember the other item (sorry) The fried rice and chow mein were bland, no flavor at all. The items we picked had flavor, I wouldn't say it was the best I've ever had, but I will say that it was better than expected coming from a food court at the mall. When we came to the register to pay. Another employee had started her shift and was manning the register. One thing that grinded my gears, was afterwards I had received my digital receipt stating she had added more TIP. Turned me off so quickly that I made up my mind to not get food from this place ever again. Sorry, I don't like to give bad reviews. This was just my experience.
They have outlasted multiple restaurants in the food court but now their service could not be worse. Not one person left remotely interested in being courteous to their customers.
