We placed a mobile order before heading to this Starbucks location. Both of the drinks we ordered were made correctly, which is always a relief when adding multiple modifications per drink. Our order was ready for the most part by the time we got to the window.The only issue was that they had run out of ham and cheese croissants (we ordered two, and they only had one left) so they asked what we wanted to replace it with and ended up going with the sausage egg and cheese sandwich....read full review

I have been a patron of Starbucks for 15 plus years thus I was amazed when I went through a drive thru of a newly constructed Starbucks on South Virginia, Reno NV minutes away from the store opening. Starbucks doesn't need my review. I mean, it's Starbucks. If you don't like the service at this one, drive a minute to the next one. What they do have is consistency. What mcDonalds is to salty ground beef and potatoes, Starbucks is to coffee. It's hot, black, and waiting for me.p.s-the service is just fine-friendly and fast.
