The staff are very friendly. Food was delicious. Great spice and can be a little bit more spicy than expected. Good portion size. Bring a sweater because it's cold inside.

I seen worsted buffet ever presented by the owner of taste of India. No refilling after ran out of food, no waiter services, the tasteless buffets, food was not even coming close to Indian cuisine.Owner was all about money, no Service.Not any special service for bride and groom.Before entering the buffet the food trays were not filled to full. I have worked in the industry for more than 4 decades and I never seen cheap service and owner. He did not serviced as he promised. WE WERE embarrassed to take pictures ????$$$$$

Our to-go place for buffet on the weekends, when we are visiting Reno. We tried their Samosas today before making our trip back to California and they were an absolute delight. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside with the spice level all can enjoy. Try for yourself.

I came here to expand my taste buds, fist time trying “authentic” food no only find HAIRS and mosquitos in my food!? When I brought it up to management, he told me i just don’t want to pay for it because i can’t afford it!! Ridiculous. Will never be eating here again.

I love Indian food and Taste of India hands down has the best in Reno. I’d literally go for the Fish Pakora alone (so flakey and beautifully seasoned) but literally every dish I’ve had is incredible, vegetarian and meat. They also make a chili paste in-house that I would buy by the jar if I could. All that, and service is exceptional.It’s not the coziest spot, it’s not the most poppin spot, but for delicious food and the sweetest service in all the land, it’s THE spot and one of my favorite restaurants in Reno.

I’ve driven past this place for years and assumed it wasn’t open. It’s a bit hidden and not super inviting from the outside but the food and service and next level! Crsipy, spicy samosa that were delicious with the spicy cilantro. Vegetable korma was creamy with great flavor. And the goat vindaloo was spicy and rich without being heavy. With its banquet hall feel, I can see why many do takeout but we really enjoyed talking to the chef and server.Parking: Park in the closed bowling alley parking lot
